The Llangollen International Musical Eisteddfod is a world-renowned festival of music, song and dance. Competitors from more than fifty countries come together for one week to stand side by side through music, while each evening the Pavilion plays hosts to concerts by world-class artists.

In 2008 musicians and dancers from across the world join celebrity artists including Elaine Paige and All Angels on the Eisteddfod Stage, culminating in a magnificent Opera Gala featuring Alfie Boe, Elin Manahan Thomas and David Kempster.
