DanceDays is back and promises to be bigger and better than ever. Featuring performances in Castle Square and in and around the National Waterfront Museum, DanceDays 2008 will encompass a wider variety of dance styles than ever before, to give the people of Swansea an entire weekend of dance in unexpected places.

Contemporary Dance comes from Motionhouse with Chaser, Rubato, County Youth Dance Company (CYDC), Marc Rees with The Dancing Marquis Diaries - a study in decadence: part II, Dynion, Craig Coombs Dance Company, Liz Aggis and from Billy Cowie’s In The Flesh, a mesmerizing 3D dance installation.

There will also be street dance performances from Two Faced Dance Company and Bodyshox and Backdraft from Pentrehafod Comprehensive.

For those of you looking for more traditional fare, we have Indian dance from Sarmistha Guha and Sarita’s Bollywood Dance Group, plus B&C Jive.
