Outsider

An exhibition of selected works by eight contemporary artists either living or working in Wales. This fascinating exhibition deals with intriguing ideas about the notion of the outsider. Each work offers insight into the nature of difference and otherness; some deal explicitly and poignantly with the identity of the outsider, others allude to the emotional and physical effect of being an outsider. Some artists introduce the possibility of positivity and humour in navigating this rocky terrain.
