Suitable for all ages and all abilities, circus skills staff will be at hand to show you how to juggle, stilt walk, clown around and just have fun. Develop the clown within you!

Extreme Sports/ Action Area
Not for the faint hearted! Have a go at our skate ramp, climbing wall or graffiti area – or why not try all three? With supervised and qualified staff at hand, this is an adrenaline area you’ll have to visit – even if it’s just to watch.

My Swansea Marquee
Back by popular demand, the Culture and Tourism department’s marquee was a huge success last year, so we’ve listened to suggestions and come up with some great events and activities for people to try out for free.

Play Marquee
Why not take your little ones to the play area – we have a marquee totally dedicated to our younger visitors which will be full of games, toys, arts and crafts and much more – it’s a must for all adults wanting a break! (Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times).

Welly Wanging
This eccentric British sport is coming to the Swansea Show for the very first time. Shelter Cymru will be offering this ’sport’ to anyone from the age of 3 to 93, all in the aid of charity.

All shapes and sizes of welly will be provided to suit your size and age. (no need to bring your own welly – unless it’s raining!). All you have to do is wang your welly as far as you possibly can.

Whatever technique you choose, whether it’s under the arm, backwards or forwards, from a standing start or a running start, just have fun for charity – you may even win a prize!

Smallest Opera House in the World
This is a must see for theatre lovers and the curious amongst you! Come and see the smallest opera house in the world, visiting the Swansea Show for the very first time. Its seats only 12 people per show – with regular performances throughout the day, make sure you don’t miss out on this experience.

Eco Zone
The Eco Zone is one of our most popular attractions at the Swansea Show, and every year, Eco Zone staff work hard to provide some great activities for kids and adult alike.

This year, the key focus will be on food and farming, and the marquee will house a fantastic green market place. People will be able to learn about how to protect the environment and what we can do in our own homes and lives to protect the future.

Children’s arts and crafts will be available all day, and don’t leave the marquee without grabbing a tea or coffee from the Fair Trade Café.

The Port Talbot Motor Club will be at the Swansea Show with a number of their rally cars, so come and see six rally cars, six special interest vehicles along with motorbikes from the Port Talbot Motorbike Club.

Falconry
Ultimate Field Sports is a local company based in Swansea and Pyle and they specialise in static bird of prey displays. They house a wide range of birds, starting from the very small and very quick Kestrel, to the magnificent European Eagle Owl called Coco.

When you visit their display you will be able to see all the birds on show, along with the opportunity to have a chat with a member of staff about each bird. If you’re feeling brave enough you can have your photo taken with one of the birds of prey. They also have a small stall with plenty of gifts for everyone.

Craft Marquee
The craft marquee is the ideal place to see the latest works in glass, ceramics, textiles and jewellery. You can see and buy some one-off pieces as well as meet the artists themselves of course.
Why not get some fresh and inspirational ideas for your own work, or simply wander around and enjoy the work of the experts. The ideal place for those interested in contemporary crafts.

Food Marquee
Come and titillate your taste buds and sample some delights in the Welsh food and drinks hall, where you’ll be able to sample and buy traditional welsh produce and home cooked food all day long. This is where you’ll find that ideal gift for that someone special or why not just treat yourself.
From Welsh wine and Celtic liqueurs, fine cheeses and cakes, to homemade chutney and jam, there will be something for all tastes.
